Founder of "Indiegrrl", an organization for women in the independent music industry, 1998-2003 (5,000 members internationally).
While organizing Indiegrrl, worked with Mary Gauthier, Erin McKeown, Girlyman, Kyler England and Adrienne Gonzalez of "The Rescues", and thousands of other women, equally talented, but not as well recognized.)
