About
Artist Bio

Son of a successful opera singer and a prolific poet, you might say Jeff Jacobs was bred for songwriting. Known by his closest friends as an highly-energetic oddity, this New York based acoustic pop/rock artist was in fact a reclusive child who was raised largely on spiritual teachings. At an early age he found himself kidnapped by music, and it wasn't long before he was skipping classes and breaking off any and all social engagements to stay in and write.

Described as "love songs with a twist," Jacobs' debut EP, 'Enjoy The View' explores the softer side of this vibrant young urbanite as he delicately embraces the craft of songwriting with storytelling at the forefront of the artist's palette. His sincere lyrics tell a hopeful tale as he captures the ballad, redefines it, and releases it back out with the honest passion of an ambitious heart. His layered, soulful, melodic vocal hooks resonate strongest of all, creating a warm, heartful sentiment with the listener and commanding a 2nd listen almost immediately upon impact.

"For me, it's all about how the songs make people feel." confesses Jacobs of his latest music. "The greatest satisfaction is when somebody is moved by a song I've written."
